Obituary for Adella Martin

Adella Martin-- a native of Wilcox County, AL. and a resident Mobile born September 11, 1940 departed this life Friday, September 5, 2008. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Harris, stepfather, James Harris. She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Freddie Rivers, Lee Lester Martin, five daughters, Mary Martin, Anniece Harris, Sylvia Scott, all of Mobile, Johnnie (Leslie Jr.) Gamble, Greenwood, SC. and Nellie (Everette) Hudson, Tampa, FL. sixteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuaruy Friday, September 12, 2008 from 1-8pm and Saturday, September 13, 2008 after 11am until the 1pm funeral hour. Interment Lawn Haven Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Smalls Mortuary 950 S. Broad St. Mobile AL 36605.
