Obituary for Alice Jones
Alice Jones, 89 was born in Forest, MS. She was a resident of Mobile, AL for many years. She passed away on December 10, 2009 in Eight Mile Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and two grand children. She is survived by one daughter, Vera (Rex) Heath of Seattle, WA; four sons, Shelby (Delores) Jones, Bobby (Carrie) JJones, Minister Kenneth (Bunny) Jones and Terence Jones all of Mobile, AL; thirteen grandchildren; thirty four great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends, two devoted Nobel Walker and Tonto. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary on Friday, December 19, 2009 after 1:00pm until 8:00pm and Saturday, December 19, 2009 after 11:00am at St. John Cathedral, 810 N. Wilson Avenue, Mobile, AL until the 1:00pm funeral hour. Interment will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Mobile, AL. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Small's Mortuary, 950 S. Broad Street, Mobile, AL
