Alysia D. Womack, born October 31, 1989, passed away at USA medical center on October 12, 2010. She leaves to cherish her memories: Parents- Patricia Womack and Al Pettaway; 3 sisters- Allison, Alana, and Amanda Womack; 2 nephews- Grady and Willie Ruben; 2 grandmothers- Genevieve Ridgeway and Louise Pettaway; Grand-father- A.C. Pettaway; Devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. The family wishes to thank the medical team at USA medical center. Lie and state for viewing on Friday October 22nd from 1pm-8pm at Smalls Mortuary. Funeral service on Saturday October 23rd at 11am at Stewart Memorial CME Church on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Interment in Whispering Pines Cemetery in Whistler, AL. Repast to follow interment at Stewart Memorial Church.
