Arthur Lee Ruggs was born July 24, 1977 and departed this life on December 23, 2015. His remains will lie in state on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 1pm until 8pm at Small's Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 461 Texas St. Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.
