Obituary for Bobby Kennedy Sr.

Kennedy, Bobby Sr., age 47, a resident of Mobile, AL., exchanged this life for eternal rest on Wednesday, December 2, 2009. He was born on September 6, 1962 to the late William and Lettie Kennedy, Sr. He is survived by a devoted wife of 19 years, Patricia. Four children, Candace McDade of Anchorage, AK, Bobby Jr., Payton, and Bryan all of Mobile, AL. Fourteen siblings, William Jr., Merthy Nettles both of Los Angelos, CA., Shirley Watts of Detroit, MI., Elizabeth Cotton of Pensacola, FL., Doris Hector of Killeen, TX., Roy of Baton Rouge, LA., Carolyn Jones, Loretta Thomas, Debra Ezell all of Mobile, AL., Sandra King of Pensacola, FL., Janice McCants of Mobile, AL., Marietta Stone of Birmingham, AL., David and Victor both of Mobile, AL. Two aunts, Sarah Mason of Tonnel Spring, AL, and Mary Lee Stallworth of Gary, IN. Mother-in-law Inell Kennedy of Mobile, AL. Six sister-in-laws and two brother-in laws. He leave a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, one devoted, Michael Wilson. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Funeral will be held Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. At the Greater Nazaree Baptist Church, 501 J. Blair St., Mobile, AL. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m funeral hour at which time Pastor James Parrish, Jr. will conduct the services. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, 730 S. Shelton Beach Rd., Mobile, AL. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Small's Mortuary, 950 S. Broad Street, Mobile, AL.
