Mrs. Celia Mae Bennett Lutin, affectionately known as

“Mama” to many in the neighborhood. She

was born August 12, 1951 in Selma, Alabama.
Mrs. Lutin later settled in Mobile, Alabama. She was employed over twenty years at Mobile Nursing and
Celia Mae was preceded in death by her son, Lewis Fletcher Bennett; grandson, Dannie Lee Bennett, Jr.;
mother and father, Fred and Revell Hunter; father and mother
-law, Dansby and Earlene Blair Lutin;
three brothers: Lovell Bennett, Jessie Bennett and Willie (Sissy) Johnson; two sisters: Margaret (Auther)
Lusain and Willie Ann McNeil.

’s memories will live on in the hearts of her family: her loving devoted husband of forty
years, Dannie Lee Lutin; four sons: James Bennett, Dannie Bennett, Frederick (Samantha) Lutin and
Rodney (April) Lutin all of Mobile, AL; three sisters: Dorathy Diggs, Deborah Bennett, Gloria (Michael)
Jones all of Mobile, AL; four brothers: Ernest (Carolyn) Bennett of Selma, AL, James (Eve) Bennett,
Milton (Rita) Bennett of Birmingham, AL and James (Peggy) Hunter of Mobile, AL; one uncle, George
(Diane) Drain of Birmingham, AL; twenty grandchildren: Fredrecka Miles, Darius Lucky, Jr., Fredrick
Lutin, Ta
’Niyah Bennett, Lashawn Lutin, Devonta Bennett, Jr., Arlandria Lutin, Dallen Lucky, Savannah
Lutin, Ty
’Leiaa Lucas, Jaycob Lutin, Landon Weeks, Zayla Lutin and Dax Binghin; fifteen great
grandchildren: Angel Dailey, Denium Binghin, Danye Bennett, Nylah Lutin, Devonta Bennett, Daniel
Bennett, Demarcus Binghin, Manquarius Bennett, Necole Fannie Bennett, Kyndal Brown, Darius Lucky,
Heaven Lewis, Tongeria Lucky, Journei Bettis, Tanita Brown, Dandrea Bennett, Damorie Bennett, Rodney
Lutin, Jr., Makayla Winchester and Asiah Winchester; three sisters

Omygoodness where to Start.. Celia the first Day I meet Everyone, You smiled that Beautiful Smile, You welcomed Me with Open Arm's, You All Were Not Just Staff to Me ,You All Were Family, We had Some Great,Wonderful Times. I so Miss you fixing me Chicken Livers Just Because you heard me say I wanted so The Way You could Fix them. You were Our Leader ,Our Ceila Mae... Our Loving Mama to So Many.. Our Residents Knew when you weren't there. They would tell State Surveyors "We got the Best Staff ,They fix Us What we Love" Lord knows I miss You and Shamika SO Much,I know The Rest of Our Family Is Missing You both As Well. You fought through Knee and Hand Surgery Like a Trooper. You always had your way of doing things and By George It Always Worked. Thank you for Always Being You. I love and Miss you My Wonderful Amazing Friend. I Pray for All Of You Family and Friends. God Hold them So tight. Hug Meika For Us. Untill we meet Again Forever in Our Hearts 💕 🙏🙏🙏🙏
