Obituary for Clarence Harris

Mr. Clarence Harris - a life long resident of Fowl River, AL departed this life on Thursday, August 16, 2007 at his residence at the age of 78. He was retired from Brookley Air Force Base. He served in the U.S Air Force during World War II as a Laborer in the Auto Mechanics Department. He is survived by four daughters, Janice Clark and Rev. Gwendolyn ((Ralph) Harris-Strickland of Toledo, OH, Charissa Harris and Arleen Harris-Caver of Irvington, AL; one son, Calvin Lee Harris of Irvington, AL; two stepdaughters, Elois (Henry) Jones of Irvington, AL and Linda (William) Green of Theodore, AL; two sisters, Flora Harris Richardson and Leanna Harris-Turk of Mobile, AL; seven grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, six great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 in the Chapel of Small's Mortuary, Theodore from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral hour. Interment in Fowl River Cemetery.
