Obituary for Darryl Brown

Darryl "Black" Brown-- a native and resident of Mobile, born February 11, 1964 departed this life Monday, October 20, 2008 at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, James "Lil Black" Brown and nephew, Ashland "Mayne" Brown. He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Minnie Brown, five sisters, Nataline (Ronald) Brown, Phoenix, AZ., Alfretta (Augustus) Womack, Pamela, Myrline and Robin Brown, all of Mobile, three brothers, Dale (Sandra), Kevin and Anthony Brown, three aunts, Dorothy Eaves, Helen Edwards and Evelyn Hollis, all of Mobile, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary, Friday, October 24, 2008 from 1-8pm and Saturday, October 25, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Greater Nazaree Missionary Baptist Church, 501 Blair Dr. Rev. James Parrish, Jr., pastor and officiating minister. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Small's Mortuary 950 S. Broad St. Mobile, AL 36605.
