Obituary for DAVID BROWN (STONY)

David "Stony" Brown-- 83 a native and resident of Mobile, AL born February 17, 1928 went to be with Lord September 21,2011. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Sr. and Hattie Brown. Brothers John, Raymond and Frank Brown Jr. Sisters Jessie M Smith and Rebecca Cook. He is survived by loving, caring and devoted sister Eloise Brown. Devoted nieces Patricia (John Sr) , Barbara, Shirley, Hattie (Harvey), Sylvia, Gwen (Andra), Ida (Frederick), Bernice, Katrenia, Nedra & Valeria. Devoted nephews Robert (Twanna), Grady, Leon (Jackie), Charlie, Willie (Jackie), Joe Jr (Pamela), Jerome Sr (Fanette), George, John Jr Michael & Maurice, The Hatcher . Host of great nieces and nephews family & friends. Special Thanks To Crowne Health Care & Mobile Infirmary SICU. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, September 23, 2011 from 1-8PM and Saturday September 24, 2011 after 9 until the 11AM funeral hour at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Mobile. Interment will follow in the Gethsemane Cemetery.
