Obituary for Dervon Mosley

Dervon Oneal Mosley - a resident of Mobile, AL was born May 28, 1950, departed his life on October 1, 2008 at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents Roosevelt (Tillie) Mosley. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 40 years, Mrs. Minnie Mosley. He also leaves to cherish his memories four children: Shervon (Demetrin) Palmer, Roosevelt Mosley, Deloris (Dennis) Clark, Micheal (Nicola) Mosley. 11 grandchildren, 1 devoted granddaughter, Mary "peaches" Risper. 9 great grandchildren. 6 Sisters: Helen (Charles) Rembert, Frances Stabler, Rose (Lyonell) Pugh, Bessie Mosley, Theretha Mosley, Cynthia (Roland) Foster. 2 brothers: Cleophus (Theresa) Mosley of Mobile, Anthony (Ernestine) Mosley of Hammond, LA. 3 sisters-in-law: Rebecca (Lucius) Ezell, Rosie (Rus) Watson, Christine (Tony) Townser. 3 brothers-in-law: William (Tremelda) Derks, Isaac Derks of Mobile, AL, Robert (Minnie) Derks of Birmingham, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be at Small's Mortuary Inc. on October 10, 2008 at 1 PM to 8 PM. Service will be October 11, 2008 at 11 AM at Little Welcome Baptist Church 1516 Wolf Ridge Rd. with Rev. J.C. Garror Pastor officiating. Interment will follow in Plateau Cemetery. Small's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. 950 Broad St. Mobile, AL 36605
