Ms. Dinah Adell Green Hicks, 58, a native and resident of Mobile, born December 12, 1948 was called home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 2, 2007. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ignicio L. Hicks, parents Mr. and Mrs. John (Hazel) Jackson, grandparents, Floyd (Adella) King and Russell (Elizabeth) Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memorioes a devoted and loving daughter, Ms. Telakanisha H. Jackson, granddaughter, Amiah L. McMillian, three brothers, Kenneth Hicks, Darryl and Parrish (Tanya) Jackson, three nieces, Kimesha, Dominique and Jennifer, two nephews, Joshua and Jon Jackson, five uncles, Leon (Maureen) Jackson, Al (Thomasine) Green and Floyd (Wanja) King, all of Mobile, Leroy Jackson, Detroit, MI., and Russell Jackson, five aunts, Catherine Coleman, both of Philadelphia, PA., Mattie Thompson, Judy King and Elizabeth Clausell, all of Flint, MI., four devoted friends, Emory Johnson, Carolyn Witherspoon, Pauline Westry and Jacqueline McMillian, cousins, other relatives and acquaintances. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, October 5, 2007 from 1-8pm and Saturday, October 6 after 11am until the 1pm funeral hour. Dignified and professional services are entrusted to SMALL'S MORTUARY, 950 S Broad St. Mobile, AL.
