Obituary for DOROTHY WESLEY
Dorothy Mae Wesley, a native of Silas, AL and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL died Thursday, October 7, 2010 at a nursing home. Sis. Wesley is survived by three daughters, a devoted daughter, and son-in-law Sandra (Aidan) Dowell, Cheryl (Gaylord) Henderson, Ruthline Wesley; five sons, John (Barbara) Evins of Georgia, Johnny Wesley (deceased), Ralph Wesley, Frank Wesley, and Erskin (Deborah) Wesley of Georgia. One sister-in-law Gannie Jenkins, and one brother-in-law Robert Carstarphen; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary, Monday, October 11, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation will be held at the Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church, 268 St. Charles Avenue, Mobile, AL from 9:00 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral hour. Interment in the Gethsemane North Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL. DIGNIFIED AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENTRUSTED TO SMALL'S MORTUARY, 950 SOUTH BROAD STREET, MOBILE, AL 36603.
