Obituary for Edgar Lee Johnson

Edgar Lee Johnson born on January 10th, 1943, a native and resident of Mobile departed this life for eternity on Saturday, January 2nd, 2016. He leaves to cherish his memories five devoted children; Kenneth (Sonja) Johnson, Leonard Johnson, Medina (Toforest) Westry, Latrese (Edgar) English and Geoffrey (LaMaya) Johnson, dedicated mother-in-law; Ann Wyatt, a doting sister and brother-in-law; Lucille (Henry) Jackson, Sr. He also leaves 18 grandchildren; Marquitta Rodgers, Candice & Demarius Belcher, Jaylen Fortune, Devante Williams, Geoffrey, Jr., Jaymon, Jerimiah, Jaleigah, Shakarria, Jakiyah, Alonna and Jakeria Johnson, Kireuah Towner and Natalee English, three devoted grandchildren; La-Tonja Campbell and Justin and Morgan Westry, four great grandchildren; Malaysia Rodgers, Malachi Thompson, Kollin Conner and Jordan Williams a host of other relatives and friends. His remains will in state on Friday, January 8, 2016 at New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church from 9 to 11 am funeral hour. Interment will follow in the Lawn Haven Cemetery.
