Obituary for Emma Goodins

Mrs. Emma Green Goodins - 86 a native of Uniontown, AL. and a resident of Theodore, AL. born November 18, 1920 to the late Dan and Fannie Green, departed this life Saturday August 25, 2007 at her residence. She was preceded in death by husband, Otis Goodins, son, Richard Moore and daughter, Virginia Goodins Bradley. She leaves to cherish memories two daughters, Rebecca (Eddie) Alston and Aldean (Robert) Sheffield, three sons, William (Rosemary) Nelson and Jerry (Lisa) Goodins all of Theodore, AL. and Isaac (Carolyn) Nelson, Waco, TX., sister-in-law, Alean Green, Theodore, AL., thirty grands, sixty-three great grands, and three great great grands, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state Friday, August 31, 2007 from 7-8 p.m. at Small's Mortuary, 7000 Bellingrath Rd and on Saturday, September 1, 2007 from 10am until the 12noon funeral hour at Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Howard Nelson, pastor and officiating minister. Interment in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. Dignified and professional services are entrusted to SMALL'S MORTUARY, 7000 Bellingrath Rd, Theodore, AL
