Bro. Eric Patrick Monigan-- a native of Mt. Vernon, AL. and a resident of Mobile, born to Larry T. and Irene Monigan, born September 8, 1961 was called home to be with his sweet Jesus, Sunday, January 27, 2008. Bro. Monigan was a devoted member of Solid Rock Ministrieshe served as an usher and deacon. He was a member of the All Throttle Bike Club, Mobile. He served fifteeen years in the United States National Guard. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Monigan, sister-in-law, Katrina Monigan. He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife of five years, Sandra McCants-Monigan, Mobile, AL., son, Aldrick (Cynthia) Garner, Grand Bay, AL., Ericka Monigan, Prichard, AL., step daughter, Shakeila (Clayton) Spencer, Mobile, AL., three grands, Erieal Monigan, Alexandria Garner and Calayah Spencer, thirteeen siblings, Claude (Darlene) Monigan, Patricia (Cleveland) Knight, Jacquline Monigan, all of Mobile, AL., Eyvette (Hubert) Canidate, Hartford, CT, Elston (Deidra) Monigan, Jackson, AL., William (Shauna) Monigan, Theodore, AL., Christopher Monigan, Mobile, AL., Karen Monigan, Ft. Riley, KS., Deanna Rudnik, Columbia, SC., Allen Monigan and Antonio Monigan, both of St. Cloud, MN., Cedric (Alice) Monigan, Creola, AL. and Lyncore (Janice) Monigan, Mobile, AL., father-in-law, William Carter, Whistler, AL., other in-laws, five aunts, uncle, twenty-nine nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends, four devoted Tyrone Files, Robert Cole III, Mike Finley and Terrance Pace. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 2, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Solid Rock Ministries, Interment Gethsemane.
