Obituary for Estell Grandma Mack

Estell Bradley "Grandma" Mack-- a native of Quincy, FL. and a resident of Mobile born August 27, 1907 to the late Mr. Clarence Sr. and Rosa Nell Bradley, departed this life peacefully Saturday, June 14, 2008. At the tender age of 100 she had a strong and sharp mind and gave sound advice. Her favorite saying "put the Lord first in everything you do." She was a longtime member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Mack, son, Moses Brown Sr., two grands, Marilyn and Joyce Brown, fourteen brothers and sisters. She leaves to cherish her memories, sister-in-law, Elizabeth Bradley, Quincy, FL., daughter-in-law, Carrie Brown, Mobile, four grands, Barbara Valrie and Dorothy Brown, both of Des Plain, IL., Estell(Willie) Williams, and Moses Brown Jr., both of Mobile, Twelve great-grands, sixteen great, great-grands, and four great, great, great- grands. a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, June 20, 2008 from 1-5pm and Saturday, June 21, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour, Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church, Charles St. Interment Oaklawn Cemetery.
