Obituary for Eula Pierce

Mrs. Eula Mae Pierce-- a native of Linden, AL. and a resident of Mobile, born January 3, 1922, departed this life Thursday, June 26, 2008 at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Pierce, daughter, Jacqueline Reid, mother, Viola Prince, brother, Henry Poellnitz, two sisters, Lela Weddington, and Mary Mitchell, uncle and aunt, Archie and Nancy Turner. She leaves to cherish her memories, three daughters, Viola Pettway, Mildred and Sharon Pierce, three sons, Jimmie, Todd and Michael (Daphne) Pierce, three nieces, Juliette Lucius, Betty Cunningham, all of Mobile and Delores Sylvester, Sacramento, CA., a host of grandchildren, great grand-children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Monday, June 30, 2008 after 11am until the 1pm funeral hour. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, Mobile. Dignified and professional services entrusted to SMALLS MORTUARY 950 S. Broad St. Mobile, AL 36603.
