Obituary for Ike Ratley

Ike Ratley-- a native of Jackson, MS. and a resident of Prichard, born July 4, 1912 departed this life Monday, July 28, 2008 at his residence. He was a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Whistler. He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Velma Ratley, Prichard, son Thlophlius (Vonda) Williams, Jackson, MS., daughter, Mary Ann Ratley, Homestead, NY., a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Paul Smith and staff, Wiregrass Hospice and Dea. William and Gloria Hayes. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, August 1, 2008 from 1-8pm and Staurday, August 2, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Mt. Sinai, Whistler. Interment Whistler Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Smalls Mortuary 950 S. Broad St Mobile AL 36605.
