Obituary for Irma Burroughs

Mrs. Irma Burroughs - a native and resident of Mobile, born March 7, 1915, departed this life Thursday, December 21, 2006 at her residence. She was preceded in death by son, Willie Earl Thomas Sr., and Ella Harris. She leaves to cherish her memories three devoted daughters, Diann (Kenny) Orr, Susan (Joe) Jordan and Carolyn (John) Brimley, seven grands, Kimber and Kelly Orr, Zahnaarian Powe, Alexis and Terrell Jordan, Willie Earl Moore Thomas Jr., and John Cooks,a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, a devoted son-in-law, Kenneth Smith, devoted sister-in-law, Willie Mae Brown, four devoted friends, Angela Hale, Felicia Hendon, Felix White, and Artis Goins. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, December 29, 2006 from 1-8pm and Saturday, December 30, 2006 after 9am until 11am funeral hour. Dignified and professional services are entrusted to SMALL'S MORTUARY, 950 S. Broad St, Mobile, AL 36603.
