Obituary for JACQUELINE BURNO

Jacqueline C. Burno was born October 4, 1949 to Sim and Sarah Carson in Mobile, Alabama. She departed this life on Saturday, November 8, 2014. She was a graduate of Williamson High School, Class of 1968. Held a myriad of positions at Gayfer's and Dillard's Department Stores. Her career path led her to Gulf Coast Federal Credit Union until retirement on May 2, 2014. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Charles H., Sr.; two sons, Charles H. Jr. and Randall E.; three grandchildren, one great grandchild; six siblings, Sarah (Gerald) Smith, Sim (Rose) Carson, Geraldine (Edward) Royals, James (Anna) Carson, Jerome (Carrie) Carson, Pastor Sylvia (James) Hunter; one devoted sister-in-law, Doris Dicks; a host godchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014 from 1pm until 8pm at Small?s Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2015 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at St. John?s Deliverance Temple 2621 Ralston Rd. Mobile, AL. Interment will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 11am at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL.
