Obituary for John Henry Waller
John Henry Waller “Hook” was born on April 2, 1940 in Browns, Alabama to Mr. & Mrs. Wash and Lucille Waller. John Waller was a faithful member of Starlight Baptist Church. He departed this life on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 8:48 P.M. at the Mobile Infirmary Hospital.
He was preceded death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Wash Waller; his wife, Jaunita Waller; His daughter, Jacqueline Sneed; his sisters Lillian Fredrick, Mildred Walker, Rosie Devoe, Fannie McMillan; brothers, Walsh Waller Jr., and Samuel Waller.
John leaves to cherish his memory, five children, Rosa (Steven) Malone, Nelda Waller, Timothy Waller, Toni Cousins and Benita Woodard; one son-in-law Joe Sneed; six grandchildren, Leviticus, Ramona, Terrance, Angel, Anna, Timothy Jr; one great-granddaughter, Chloe; one sister, Carrie Thomas; a special nephew Willie (Lola) Waller; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and acquaintances.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 10am until the 11am funeral hour at Starlight Baptist Church, Highway 43, Satsuma, AL.
Interment will follow in Roper Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, AL.
