Obituary for Johnny My Mello White

Johnny "Sunshine" "My Mello" White-- a native and resident of Mobile, born February 27, 1964 departed this life Saturday, September 27, 2008 at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Lee White Sr., brother, Carl A. White, grandfather, Jim Jordan, grandmothers, Sadie Jenkins and Josephine Blackledge, uncle, James Jones, aunt, Bernice Blackledge. He leaves to cherish his memories, son, Johnny Young, close friend, Sharon Young, mother, Willie Mae Jordan White, five brothers, Henry (Sylvia), Tyrone, Jerald White, Willie Glover and Wilbert Johnson, four sisters, Delmarshae Brice, Denise (Archie) White, Cheryl (Harold) Phillips and Deanne (Derrick) White, fourteen nephews, Victor Ivory, Raymond White, Henry (Nijia) McCaskett, Andrece White, Jaamal Brice, Taurus Ivory, Jared, Carl and Derrick White and Scottie Hunter, all of Mobile, Jerald, Maurice, Cortez and Terrance Howard, all of Cinn. OH., a host of nieces, four devoted, La'Kino, Minian and Ashleigh White and Diamonique Ivory, four uncles, James (Cynthia), Lewis (Beatrice), Theopolis (Patricia) and Alfred (Carol) Jordan, five loving aunts, one devoted Thea (Melvin) Jackson, Euline Hall, Diane Jordan, Faydine (James) Mitchell and Priscilla Sheneau, three devoted cousins, Jermaine (Shenell), Eric (Michelle) Blackledge and Donnell Wingfield, devoted friends, Ronnie Edwards, Agee Gilmore III, Vincent Booth, Rose Lee Eager, Tressa Clifford, Joycelyn (Carl) Cole and Joann Newby. Special thanks to Veronica Collins and the 8th floor ICU USAMC for their services. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, October 3, 2008 from 1-8pm and Saturday, October 4, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Mt.
