Obituary for Kenneth L Hicks
Mr. Kenneth Lamond Hicks, a native and resident of Mobile, AL, departed this life on December 20, 2015. He was born August 17, 1955 to the late Hazel Lee Jackson.
He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife Janice C. Hicks, a devoted daughter Deidre L. Davis (Snoop), four grand children, Brian (Anitra) Davis, Quiendon Davis, Kenneth Davis and Dremma D. George, six great- grand children, Brianna L Davis, Brain T. Davis Jr., Jaleah L R Davis, Zion K. Davis, Britleigh J. Davis and Masyn M Tandy, two brothers, Darryl (Tiffany) Jackson of Stockbridge, GA and Parrish (Nadia) Jackson, one sister, Telakanisha H. Jackson all of Mobile, AL, seven sisters in-law, five brothers in-law, three uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Jackson Sr., two sisters, Diane Hicks and Ignico L. Hicks.
His remains will lie in state on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 1pm until 8pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 11am until the 1pm funeral hour at Small’s Mortuary Chapel, Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.
