Obituary for Leonard Davis

Mr. Leonard "Len Bug" Davis was born February 6, 1951 to the union of the late Moses and Dairee Davis Sr., departed this life Monday, June 16, 2008. He united with Calvary Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Moses Jr. and sister, Betty Jean Davis, two nieces, April and Cassandra Morrissette. He leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Frederick, Leonard and David Johnson, eight sisters, Joslyn Ruby Evans, Margaret Edwards, Dorothy Watson, Adella Longmire, Julia(William) Aikens, Gloria Lamar, Idella and Katherine Davis, two brother, Charles(Rosemary) and Calvin(L'taya) Davis, one uncle, Rev. Elijah Davis Sr., all of Mobile, three aunts, Lucinda McMillian and Lucinda McCovery and Corine Mosley, great uncle, Toby McCovery, all of Dawes. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, June20, 2008 from 1-5pm and Saturday, June 21, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, Mobile
