Obituary for Mary Frances Howard

Ms. Mary Frances Oliver Howard “Gulley”, a native of Conecuh County and a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL. She was born to parentage of Eli and Lucille Oliver on October 13, 1923 and departed this life on March 14, 2015. Preceding her in death are her parents, five siblings and three children. She leaves to cherish her memories seven children, Mary Tillman, Minister Elliott Gulley, Minister Renaurd (Pastor Darlett) Gulley, Elder LaVal (Cherise) Tunstall, Wanda (Zenno) Tunstall, Robin Tunstall and Roger (Gwen) Tunstall; one adopted son, Willie (Linda) Perkins; one devoted granddaughter, Gloretta (Kersian) Davidson; daughter-in-law, Jennie Gulley; a host of grand, great grand and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends, a very special thank you to the staff on 3rd floor, at Mobile Infirmary Hospital, Dr. Gregory Parker and Gentevia Hospice. Her remains will lie in state on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 1pm until 5pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Greater Morning Star Baptist Church 401 Donald St. Mobile, AL. Rev. Ronald O. McCree officiating. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, 800 Mobile, St. Mobile, AL. DIGNIFIED AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENTRUSTED TO SMALL’S MORTUARY 950 SOUTH BROAD ST. MOBILE, AL. 36603.
