Obituary for MAURICE WILEY

Maurice Wiley, born October 5, 1953, a native of Mobile, AL and a member of SIU Seaman Hall exchanged this life for eternity on Saturday, December 4, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wiley and Elouise Johnson Wiley; grandmother, Liza Johnson; one sister, Tchernavia Wiley Dixon; four brothers, Lamont Wiley, Glenn Wiley, Edward Wiley and Fabian Wiley. He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife and family Lillie Belle Wiley; three daughters, Lakeyshia (Victor) Mauldin, Marie (John) Hardin and Shannon Wiley; one son Maurice (Shativia) Glover Sr.; seven grandchildren, Saqoria Wiley, Chealsea Brown, Deja Glover, Quincey Price Jr., Brittany Hardin, Maurice Glover Jr., Jesus Glover; three sisters, Brenda (Rottria) Lacy, Tonya (Donald) Long, Felicia (Gene) Seltzer; three brothers, James (Jessie) Wiley, Carl Wiley and Andre Wiley; devoted sister-in-law, Delores Wiley; devoted brother-in-law, Percy Dixon Sr., and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thanks to Aseracare Hospice. His remains will lie in state on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Small's Mortuary, Mobile. Visitation will be held, Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral hour Stewart Memorial C.M.E. Church, 1266 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Mobile, AL.
