Obituary for MAURICE WILEY

Maurice Wiley, born October 5, 1953, a native of Mobile, AL and a member of SIU Seaman Hall exchanged this life for eternity on Saturday, December 4, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wiley and Elouise Johnson Wiley; grandmother, Liza Johnson; one sister, Tchernavia Wiley Dixon; four brothers, Lamont Wiley, Glenn Wiley, Edward Wiley and Fabian Wiley. He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife and family Lillie Belle Wiley; three daughters, Lakeyshia (Victor) Mauldin, Marie (John) Hardin and Shannon Wiley; one son Maurice (Shativia) Glover Sr.; seven grandchildren, Saqoria Wiley, Chealsea Brown, Deja Glover, Quincey Price Jr., Brittany Hardin, Maurice Glover Jr., Jesus Glover; three sisters, Brenda (Rottria) Lacy, Tonya (Donald) Long, Felicia (Gene) Seltzer; three brothers, James (Jessie) Wiley, Carl Wiley and Andre Wiley; devoted sister-in-law, Delores Wiley; devoted brother-in-law, Percy Dixon Sr., and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thanks to Aseracare Hospice. His remains will lie in state on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Small's Mortuary, Mobile. Visitation will be held, Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral hour Stewart Memorial C.M.E. Church, 1266 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Mobile, AL. Interment to follow in Lawn Haven Memorial Garden, Theodore, AL. DIGNIFIED AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENTRUSTED TO SMALL'S MORTUARY, 950 SOUTH BROAD STREET, MOBILE, AL 36603.
