Myrtle Lee “Mary” Brown a resident of Mobile, AL departed this life Sunday, December 20, 2015.

She leaves to cherish her memories, six children, Mary (Anthony) Williams, Birmingham, AL, Jerry Brown, Mobile, AL, Gloria (Jeffrey) Brinkley, Mobile, AL, Albert Brown, Mobile, AL, Brenda Brown, Mobile, AL, Linda (Gregory) Loper, Buckatunna, MS; son-n-law, Tony Anderson; four sisters, Betty Hubbard, Lillie (William) Craddieth, Genobe (Algie) Clark, Cora Clemons; 5 brothers, Albert Lee (Ann) Clemons, Calloway (Lottie) Clemons, Curtis (Annie Jean) Clemons, Vertis (Beverly) Clemons, Bennie (Sue) Clemons, all of Detroit, MI; three sisters-n-law, Annie (RD) Rudolph, Massie Brown, both of Syracuse, NY, Johnnie Mae Clemons, Detroit, MI; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Her remains will lie in state on Sunday, December 27, 2015 from 1pm until 5pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 11am until the 1pm funeral hour at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 461 Texas Street, Mobile, AL 36603, with Reverend James Murphy, Officiating. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Cemetery, Whistler, AL.
