Obituary for Ollie L. McInnes

Ollie Louise Barnwell McInnes born July 20, 1913 in Mobile, Alabama and entered into rest on February 1, 2016 and is waiting on the trumpet of the Lord to sound.

Ollie married Leonard Moriles McInnes, Sr. (Deceased) and from that unification was five children, Veronica J. Dixon of Mobile, AL, Leonard McInnes, Jr. (Deceased), Wilda E. McInnes of Huntsville, AL, Leon D. McInnes of Mobile, AL and Gwendolyn (Alex) Battiste of Mobile, AL; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who she leaves to cherish her memories.

Her remains will lie in state on Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 2pm until 5pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 12pm until the 2pm funeral hour at Emmanuel Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2000 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.
