Obituary for Pauline Cunningham

Pauline Cunningham-- a native of Thomaston, AL and a resident of Mobile, born April 12, 1926 to the late Paul Moore and Lula Evans Moore Sledge, departed this life Tuesday, October 21, 2008. She was preceded in death by her son, Lewis Lee Johnson Sr., five sisters, Willie Lee Moore Williams, Mary and Aretha Graves, Millie and Carrie Lee Gamble, brother, Tommy Lee Harris. She leaves to cherish her precious memories, nine children, James Smith, Linda Goodwin, Allie Kyles, Shakuur, Alton, Dan, Thornton, Lonnie and Eleanor Prince, all of Mobile, sister, Perry Lee (Willie ) Creagh, Marion, OH., four daughters-in-law, Gladys Johnson, Mary Smith, Elouise and Evelyn Prince, forty-five grandchildren, two adopted Eleanor Marie Cunningham and Alton Reese, one hundred and eight, great-grandchildren, eight great, great-grandchildren, nieces, one devoted, Ida Mae Troutman, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, October 24, 2008 from 1-8pm and Saturday, October 25, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour, Interment will follow in Plateau Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Small's Mortuary 950 S. Broad St. Mobile, AL 36605.
