Stephanie L. Payne was born on April 5, 1972 and departed this life for her eternal home on Sunday, April 22, 2018.

Her remains will lie in state on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 5-8pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Metropolitan AME Church, 750 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Mobile, AL.
