Obituary for William Allen Sr.

William Norman Allen Sr.-- a native and resident of Mobile, born October 27, 1934 exchanged this life for eternity Sunday, April 20, 2008. He was preceded in death by parents, Lindsey Bernard Allen and Gertrude Allen Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Annie Allen, two daughters, Gayle Norlene Allen, both of Mobile and Lolitha(Derrick) Holcombe, Portland, OR., two sons, William Norman Allen Jr. and Kendal Allen, two brothers, Rev. Elemuel(Katie) Allen Sr. and Leonard B. Allen, all of Mobile, sister, Mary Myers, Omaha, NE., grands, great grands, other relatives and friends. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Thursday, April 24, 2008 from 1-8pm and Friday, April 25, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour, Rev. Eugene Morris, assistant pastor of Greater Union Baptist Church, officiating, Interment Whispering Pines Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Smalls Mortuary 950 S.
