Obituary for Willie Bell Patrick

Miss Willie Bell Patrick, a native of Fulton, AL and a lifelong resident of Mt. Vernon, AL, was born May 28, 1920 and departed this life on Sunday, October 9, 2016. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and aunt. She leaves to cherish her memory eight children, Diane Chancy, Charles (Portia) Patrick, Mobile, AL, Angie (Horace) Adams, Eight Mile, AL, Charlie Patrick, Sarland, AL, Bettie (Kenneth) Jenkins, Darlen York, Evelyn (Willie) Johnson, all of Mt. Vernon, and Levaughn Patrick, Austin, TX; twenty-four grandchildren; forty-two great grandchildren; and nineteen great great grandchildren; a very special caregiver, Mrs. Shirley Dees; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Her remains will lie at state from 5 to 8pm Friday, October 14, 2016 at Small's Mortuary, Mobile. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 1:00pm until the 2:00pm funeral hour at the Mt. Olive Primitive Baptist Church, Mt. Vernon, AL. Interment will follow in the Morning Star Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, AL.
